מדיניות פרטיות

אפליקציית Handyman ("האפליקציה", "אנחנו") מסייעת לבעלי מקצוע עצמאיים בישראל לנהל לקוחות, יומן עבודה וחשבוניות. מדיניות זו מסבירה איזה מידע אנו אוספים, למה, ואיך אתם יכולים לשלוט בו, בהתאם לחוק הגנת הפרטיות, התשמ״א-1981 ולתיקון 13 לחוק.
1. מי הם בעלי השליטה במידע
בעל השליטה במידע (Data Controller) הוא מפעיל האפליקציה. ניתן ליצור קשר בנושאי פרטיות בכתובת: support@evgcore.com.
2. איזה מידע אנו אוספים
- פרטי חשבון: אימייל, שם, מספר טלפון (כשתספקו אותם בהרשמה).
- מידע התחברות צד שלישי: אם תבחרו להתחבר עם Google או Apple — נקבל מהם את שמכם וכתובת האימייל בלבד.
- תוכן עסקי שאתם מזינים: פרטי לקוחות (שם, טלפון, כתובת), עבודות, מועדים, סכומים וחשבוניות.
- תמונות: תמונות "לפני ואחרי" שאתם מצרפים לעבודה, שמורות במאגר הקבצים שלנו.
- נתוני שימוש טכניים: סוג מכשיר, גרסת מערכת ההפעלה ותקלות (לצורך תפעול ושיפור האפליקציה).
איננו אוספים מיקום GPS, איננו מבצעים מעקב חוצה-אפליקציות ואיננו מוכרים את המידע שלכם.
3. למה אנו משתמשים במידע
- לאפשר לכם להתחבר ולסנכרן את הנתונים שלכם בין מכשירים.
- לאחסן את הלקוחות, העבודות והחשבוניות שיצרתם.
- להפיק מסמכי PDF של בקשות תשלום.
- לשלוח לכם הודעות תפעוליות הקשורות לחשבון (לדוגמה אישור אימייל).
- לאבחן תקלות ולשפר את האפליקציה.
4. ספקי שירות (Data Processors)
- Supabase — מסד הנתונים, האימות ואחסון הקבצים שלנו. הנתונים מאוחסנים בשרתי Supabase מאובטחים עם הצפנה במעבר (TLS) ובמנוחה.
- Google Sign-In — רק אם בחרתם להתחבר עם Google.
- Apple Sign-In — רק אם בחרתם להתחבר עם Apple.
- Cloudflare Pages — מארח את אתר האינטרנט הזה בלבד (האפליקציה עצמה לא עוברת דרכו).
5. שמירת מידע ומחיקתו
אנו שומרים את הנתונים שלכם כל עוד החשבון פעיל. אתם יכולים למחוק את החשבון ואת כל הנתונים הקשורים אליו בכל עת:
- מתוך האפליקציה: הגדרות → מחק חשבון.
- או דרך הדף: מחיקת חשבון.
בקשת מחיקה תטופל בתוך 7 ימי עסקים. גיבויים נמחקים אוטומטית בתוך 30 יום.
6. הזכויות שלכם
לפי חוק הגנת הפרטיות, יש לכם זכות:
- לעיין במידע שאנו מחזיקים עליכם.
- לבקש תיקון של מידע לא מדויק.
- לבקש מחיקה של החשבון והמידע.
- להתנגד לשימושים מסוימים במידע.

7. אבטחת מידע
כל התקשורת בין האפליקציה לשרת מוצפנת ב-HTTPS/TLS. הגישה למידע שלכם מוגבלת באמצעות Row Level Security ברמת מסד הנתונים — משתמש אחד לעולם לא רואה נתונים של משתמש אחר.
8. ילדים
האפליקציה מיועדת למבוגרים (18+) המנהלים עסק. אנו לא אוספים ביודעין מידע על קטינים.
9. שינויים במדיניות
אם נעדכן את המדיניות, נעדכן את תאריך התוקף בראש העמוד. שינויים מהותיים יוצגו גם באפליקציה.

Privacy Policy
Effective: May 23, 2026
Handyman ("the App", "we") helps independent tradespeople in Israel manage clients, schedules and invoices. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how you can control it, consistent with Israel's Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981 (as amended).
1. Data Controller
The data controller is the operator of the App. Privacy contact: support@evgcore.com.
2. Data we collect
- Account data: email, name, phone number (when you provide them at sign-up).
- Third-party sign-in data: if you choose Google or Apple sign-in, we receive your name and email from them.
- Business content you enter: client details (name, phone, address), jobs, schedules, amounts and invoices.
- Photos: before/after photos you attach to jobs, stored in our file storage.
- Technical usage data: device type, OS version, crash reports — used to operate and improve the App.
We do not collect GPS location, we do not perform cross-app tracking, and we do not sell your data.
3. How we use your data
- To let you sign in and sync your data across devices.
- To store the clients, jobs and invoices you create.
- To generate PDF payment-request documents.
- To send operational account messages (e.g. email confirmation).
- To diagnose issues and improve the App.
4. Service providers (data processors)
- Supabase — our database, authentication and file storage. Data is stored on secure Supabase servers, encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.
- Google Sign-In — only if you choose to sign in with Google.
- Apple Sign-In — only if you choose to sign in with Apple.
- Cloudflare Pages — hosts this website only (the mobile App does not route through it).
5. Retention and deletion
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all related data at any time:
- From inside the App: Settings → Delete account.
- Or via the form at delete-account.
Deletion requests are processed within 7 business days. Backups are purged within 30 days.
6. Your rights
Under Israel's Privacy Protection Law, you have the right to:
- Access the data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your account and data.
- Object to certain uses of your data.

7. Security
All communication between the App and the server is encrypted with HTTPS/TLS. Access to your data is restricted at the database level via Row Level Security — one user can never see another user's data.
8. Children
The App is intended for adults (18+) running a business. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
9. Changes to this policy
If we update this policy we'll update the effective date at the top. Material changes will also be surfaced in the App.
