תנאי שימוש

שימוש באפליקציית Handyman ("האפליקציה", "השירות") כפוף לתנאים הבאים. אנא קראו אותם בעיון. שימוש באפליקציה מהווה הסכמה לתנאים אלה.
1. תיאור השירות
האפליקציה מספקת לבעלי מקצוע עצמאיים כלי לניהול לקוחות, יומן עבודה, עבודות, חשבוניות והפקת מסמכי PDF של בקשות תשלום.
2. חשבון משתמש
- השירות מיועד למבוגרים בני 18+ המנהלים פעילות עסקית.
- אתם אחראים לשמור על סיסמת החשבון ולא להעביר את פרטי ההתחברות לאחרים.
- אתם אחראים על כל פעילות שמתבצעת בחשבון שלכם.
3. חשבוניות ומיסוי
חשוב: מסמכי ה-PDF המופקים על-ידי האפליקציה הם בקשות תשלום בלבד — הם אינם חשבונית מס ואינם תחליף למסמכי מס נדרשים על-פי חוק. אתם האחראים הבלעדיים על הנפקת חשבוניות מס תקינות (כולל מספרי הקצאה ככל שנדרש לפי תקנות מס הכנסה והרשות לחדשנות, החל מ-2026 לסכומים מעל ₪5,000) ועל דיווח מס כדין.
4. שימוש מותר
אתם מתחייבים שלא:
- להשתמש בשירות לכל מטרה לא חוקית.
- להפר זכויות של צד שלישי (לרבות פרטיות הלקוחות שתזינו).
- לנסות לפרוץ, לבצע הנדסה לאחור, או לשבש את השירות.
- להשתמש בשירות לצורך שליחת ספאם או הודעות לא רצויות.
5. הנתונים שלכם
הנתונים שאתם מזינים שייכים לכם. אנו מאחסנים אותם בשמכם ומשתמשים בהם רק כפי שמתואר במדיניות הפרטיות. אתם רשאים למחוק את החשבון בכל עת.
6. זמינות השירות
השירות מסופק "כפי שהוא" (AS IS) ו"בכפוף לזמינות" (AS AVAILABLE). אנו עושים מאמץ לשמור על זמינות גבוהה אך לא מתחייבים לפעולה רציפה ללא תקלות.
7. הגבלת אחריות
במידה המקסימלית המותרת בדין, אנחנו ומפעילי האפליקציה לא נישא באחריות לנזק עקיף, מיוחד, תוצאתי או עונשי שנובע מהשימוש בשירות, לרבות אובדן הכנסות, נתונים, חשבוניות או לקוחות.
8. שינויים בתנאים
אנו רשאים לעדכן את התנאים מעת לעת. שינויים מהותיים יוצגו באפליקציה. המשך השימוש לאחר העדכון מהווה הסכמה לתנאים החדשים.
9. סיום
אתם רשאים להפסיק את השימוש ולמחוק את החשבון בכל עת. אנו רשאים להשעות חשבון במקרה של הפרת התנאים.
10. דין וסמכות שיפוט
על תנאים אלה יחול דין מדינת ישראל. לבתי המשפט המוסמכים בתל-אביב סמכות שיפוט ייחודית.

Terms of Service
Effective: May 23, 2026
Use of the Handyman app ("the App", "the Service") is subject to the following terms. Please read them carefully. Using the App constitutes acceptance of these terms.
1. Service description
The App provides independent tradespeople with tools to manage clients, schedules, jobs, invoices and PDF payment-request documents.
2. Accounts
- The Service is intended for adults aged 18+ operating a business.
- You are responsible for keeping your account password secure and not sharing your credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity on your account.
3. Invoices and taxation
Important: The PDF documents produced by the App are payment requests only — they are not tax invoices (חשבונית מס) and are not a substitute for legally required tax documents. You are solely responsible for issuing proper tax invoices (including Israel Tax Authority allocation numbers where required for amounts ≥ ₪5,000, effective 2026) and for tax reporting.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Violate the rights of third parties (including the privacy of the clients you enter).
- Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer or disrupt the Service.
- Use the Service to send spam or unwanted messages.
5. Your data
The data you enter belongs to you. We store it on your behalf and use it only as described in our Privacy Policy. You may delete your account at any time.
6. Availability
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted operation.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and the operators of the App shall not be liable for any indirect, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the Service, including loss of revenue, data, invoices or clients.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be surfaced in the App. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account for breach of these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts of Tel Aviv shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
